Ringsend I and II are handthrown bud vases inspired by the iconic Poolbeg chimneys on Dublin's coastline. I display them on my mantel piece side by side.
Perfect for anyone who knows and loves these landmarks. I throw the vases on my small potter's wheel and leave them to dry out slightly. When strong enough to handle, I trim the base and band the distinctive red lines onto the outside of the bowl with a thin brush.
The result is a unique, handcrafted pair of vases with a timeless design, to enjoy and use in your home for many years.
