Uplifting Salute Roll On Oil by Yogandha, Dublin
I've been using these Irish made oils on my wrists and temples in the morning and at night. I love the way they make me feel and just that little action makes me a feel uplifted.
These oils can also be used on cloth face masks. Roll a little on the edge of the mask to gain the benfits of this beautiful blend.

INGREDIENTS:
- Bergamot is immediately uplifting to the spirits and is also excellent for stress and anxiety
- Zesty grapefruit eases S.A.D (Seasonal Adjustment Disorder) and jet lag
- Rosemary boosts mood, energy levels, and the immune system. It wakes up the mind and helps it to focus
- Also contains: Sacred cedarwood, ravensara (a gentler cousin in the eucalyptus family), with a hint of patchouli and ylang ylang
Cautions: External use only. Not suitable for pregnancy. Avoid in epilepsy. Avoid using this product in the evening as it may disturb sleep in some people as rosemary wakes up the brain. Use within 6 months of opening.
